I’m an educator and author. The perspectives that inform my interpretations of the topics of this blog (and my other writings) are materialism, behaviorism, and system analysis. Specific interests include effects of the Internet and attendant hardware (e.g., smartphones, microchips) and software (e.g. Facebook, AI), public management, American government and politics, survey research, and ethics.
